Visuals and messages
With an ever demanding need for perfect presentation, we believe that what lets many conferences down is their visual effects or lack of gripping graphic animations. Quite simply, many still adopt using power-point presentations (Maybe a budget issue !). The set may be elaborate, swish and depicts that certain corporate style, so why not complement the whole presentation by using some animated images that may also help retain audience attention. 

From exhibitions to film festivals

If you have experienced attending a top theatrical performance, you will always come back remembering what the stage had looked like for that particular show. 
The magic is being able to understand what creates a greater understanding of brand awareness. Our office can (subject to budget) create your perfect stage / selling arena. You will need a setting that will enable you to induce curiosity which in turn will result in an increase in lead generation of prospective buyers looking for your particular product or service. It is always important to leave a positive mental image within the minds of ALL potential customers and clients. This helps them come back to you at a later date. This thought process is something should not be left to chance especially if your target audience is a potential buyer.

Public Events

Purpose: Everyone to have a safe fun enjoyable time. If you are looking at organising either a festival or any large public gathering then there are certain issues that need to be addressed and must not be ignored. The main one being health and safety for all. What type of atmosphere are you trying to project, What is your target market and the purpose for holding the event? Will you need any specialist entertainers that may require additional assistance... What facilities are offered for those that may have certain disabilities. You will also need to look at security and medical standby facilities on-site. When dealing with any public event, the following parameters mentioned need to be treated as a standard.

Additional things to consider when planning outdoor events: (See list)
Insurance: All events need to be covered by Public Liability Insurance. This is to protect both members of the public and contractors brought in for specific roles. Cover is available for individual events.
Access Routes: including emergency routes have to be considered. 
Lighting: It is essential to well light all areas where public lighting is limited. Public should always be made to feel safe even when darkness falls.
Food and drink area: there needs to be constant access to fresh water supply. 
Waste: Adequate disposable points need to be considered.
Cleaning Crew: These would be responsible for the maintenance of any disposable points (trash/rubbish collection points). These need to be serviced at regular times. 
WC: A specific area needs to be allocated within easy reach of a designated dining area but far enough that it does not offer risk of contamination to any food area. 
Temp Flooring: If you are looking to maintain the lawn / grass area in the same condition after the event, you may want to invest in temp flooring. 
Further advice may be offered subject to a site inspection.  
Bad Weather Provisions: We talk about the weather as a topic, so it must be an issue, but seldom do organisers consider this a valid point until its too late... Many have two options, the first being perhaps by investing in a marquee, the second being to make arrangements by searching adequate venues where the event may be held indoors...

Logistics is probably the most under-rated discipline in the events armoury. This is what makes us stand out from others.

As you may gather, we take logistic management very seriously and build it in to our thinking from the outset. In particular, we offer venue-searching and selection as a service, always aiming to find the right venue to reflect the message that will complement the mood of your event.
