This one day programme looks at the latest developments in the field of effective time management, exploding some of the myths and giving people a clearer insight into how how they can take more control of their time. 

People take a fresh look at the prioritisation process, identifying the criteria they use to support their decisions. Once identified, criteria can be consciously monitored for situational appropriateness. Creative planning is also considered, by exploring the notion of imaginative timelines. Participants also discover where the real time drains lie, and how to plug them. 

Since procrastination has such a disastrous impact on performance, we explore some of the common causes, and go on to look at a range of practical antidotes.
